1¡¢Please notice to prevent solvents or corrosive matters such as acetone, ethanol, acid, alkali, water or oil from corroding the magneticfluid sealing apparatus.
2¡¢Water-cooled magneticfluid sealing apparatus should be cooled by water before putting into use, then start running. The water used to cool the apparatus shall be clean and pure. The water shall continuously be flown for more than 15 minutes after the equipment stop running.
3¡¢When installing the magneticfluid sealing apparatus with hollow axle, please pay attention to quality of surface jointing the axles. If necessary, please smearing vacuum grease so that the axle shall be push into smoothly.
4¡¢Please carry out leaking inspection with Nitrogen Mass Spectrum Leak Detector.
5¡¢Please not to disconnect the magneticfluid sealing apparatus to avoid unnecessary damage. If there appears any problem, please calling use and we will offer promptly professional technical support.
